There's a simple and straight forward 3-step process to client project work. If you are making a first time enquiry and if we've never met or spoken before, please send a brief outline of your request. You can send that via email to: RH@slamdunkretentionmarketing.com (If you are a past/current client and you've a new project you'd like to discuss, please reach me via my gmail address) 2. If after reviewing your request outline I see a match with your request and only if I know if I can help you, a 15 minute phone conversation will be arranged. If in those 15 minutes we feel there's a good fit between us and that there are things I can do to help you, a paid for (£297) one and a quarter hour customer retention diagnostic marketing audit call will then be arranged where your project will be discussed in greater depth, the problems you're facing, and, the various recommendations, answers and solutions. (If there is material I need to see beforehand, I will ask you to send it to me a few days before the customer retention marketing audit call.) 3. After the coaching/consultation call, a couple of things can happen: you can carry out and implement the recommendations and solutions yourself as discussed in that call, or, there's an opportunity for you to hire me to carry out that work for you. If it is agreed that there is project marketing and copywriting work for me to carry out for you, the fee amount will be set accordingly, with the 75 minute consultation fee being deducted from the overall project fee total. IMPORTANT NOTE: When it comes to project based work, please note I am not simply just a 'copywriter', where you buy a piece of writing for a fee, similar to when choosing a particular type of pizza off a menu. There are plenty of copywriters who think that way and who hang out their shingle as such... and who will gladly take your money for that kind of relationship.
